The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via:
Cash (preferred)

All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated. Payments made in foreign currencies are subject to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Due to the logistical planning involved in organizing marine safaris and reserving space on our vessels, all reservations are subject to the following cancellation policy:
Guest Cancellations
More than 48 hours before the tour: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Within 48 hours of the tour departure: the deposit is non-refundable.
If a guest cancels their reservation, arrives late and misses departure, or does not show up for the tour, the full remaining balance of the experience remains due and must be paid in full.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a tour, missed departures, seasickness, voluntary withdrawal, or personal schedule changes.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected situations such as illness, transportation delays, weather interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The ocean is a dynamic natural environment, and safety is always our top priority.
Salinas Adventures reserves the right to modify, shorten, reschedule, or cancel any tour due to:
Unsafe weather conditions
Strong winds or rough seas

Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
If we determine that conditions are unsafe to operate:
We will do our best to reschedule your experience.
If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer either a credit or refund at our discretion.
If a guest chooses not to participate due to weather or sea conditions, but we determine conditions are safe to operate, no refund will be provided.
Salinas Adventures is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations or schedule changes, including flights, accommodations, transportation, lost vacation time, or related costs.
Marine Wildlife Sightings
Our experiences take place in the wild and involve free-ranging marine wildlife in their natural habitat.
While we strive to provide extraordinary encounters and have a high success rate, Salinas Adventures cannot guarantee sightings of any specific marine species, including whales, dolphins, mobula rays, whale sharks, or other wildlife.
Every day on the ocean is unique, and animal behavior, weather, water visibility, and natural conditions can vary significantly.
No refunds, discounts, or partial reimbursements will be issued due to:
Lack of specific wildlife sightings
Brief encounters
Changes in animal behavior
Water visibility or ocean conditions
We appreciate our guests’ understanding and respect for the unpredictable beauty of the natural world.
